 Located on the terroir of Boutenac, the micro-climate of Aiguilloux, sees alternating summer heat modulated by the Cers dominant northwesterly wind; the freshness in autumn, parsimonious rains in winter, ensuring small yields, and a good maturity which will bring to the bays of beautiful aromatic concentrations.
