We propose to bottle your own barrel, selected by us, in our breeding cellar.

A traditional method, by gravity and without filtration, watch your bottles fill up

delicately, and participate in manual capping, and conditioning.

This is the opportunity to discover another approach to wine, in a friendly and joyful atmosphere,

live a unique moment, and share the gourmet buffet of tastings of local products, served

during a well-deserved break!

Then, once your bottles are full, you can enjoy a winegrower meal at the Domaine

directed by Georges Lemarié, chef of the Fleur de Thym restaurant, in Narbonne. www.restaurant-fleur-de-thym.com.

Georges Lemarié, Head Chef, makes for you, on request, winegrowers' meals, grilled veal, take away cocktails, plancha, rotisserie and gourmet dishes.
