The adventure begins in 2006, when Georges and Mélanie Lemarié create the "Fleur de Thym" restaurant in Narbonne, and also realize catering and events services, according to the request of their customers.
In 2016, we decided to combine Wine and Gastronomy, and offer for you a catering service all year round and a Table Vigneronne restaurant with an oenological theme in summer in the park of the domain.
Whether for a wedding meal, birthday or banquet, Georges suggests a variety of menus, cocktail dinners, outdoor winegrowers meal, and offers its tailor-made services, which will delight the palate of your guests.
