In order to preserve the quality of the fruits, the grapes are, here, exclusively manual: Only the most beautiful grapes will be selected.


They are then transported to our semi-underground cellar, and further controlled and sorted if necessary, in a demanding quest for excellence.

                  During blending, Syrah will be selected for its finesse and spicy fruity, Grenache for roundness, Mourvèdre for robust depth, Carignan for aromatic typicity or complex, Cinsault, base of rosé, for freshness, flexibility and its delicious fruity aromas.
